Gemini Full Moon Hits Mars Rx December 7th

Will Unexpected Events Triggered By Frustration Sober
Us Up To Plan
For The Future?

Mercury in Sagittarius squares its expansive ruler Jupiter in Pisces December 5 when, in our over-optimism, we may sloppily ignore pesky details--until the messenger god enters more serious practical Capricorn December 6.

Sudden adjustments to the value we place on our current beliefs may become necessary as the Sun quincunxes Uranus just as the Gemini Full Moon conjuncts Mars Rx and opposes the Sadge Sun at 16-degrees 2-minutes Gemini at 8:08 pm PT & 11:08 pm ET December 7.

This marks Mars Rx’s midcycle, a turning point which can bring to the surface any festering anger, rage, passion, ambition, or repressed libido energies that have lain dormant in our unconscious since October 30 when Mars stationed retrograde at 25-degrees 37-minutes Gemini.

Hence, there’s increased potential for arguments, explosions, or violence based on simmering frustrations/tensions coming to a head between now and the exact Sun/Mars opposition December 7/8, depending on your time zone.

This is especially true since both luminaries are waxing toward squares to newly direct Neptune in Pisces at this lunation. The Moon perfects hers December 8, while the Sun builds toward his square to Neptune exact on December 14.

Anger at those whom we’ve suddenly discovered may have deceived us can surface now, aimed particularly at those who’ve denied factual reality and/or equivocated, obfuscated, backtracked, or otherwise attempted to refuse to answer our questions directly.

We may rail now also against the discovery of our own self-deceit—you know, of the “fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me” kind. Given these energies, please watch out for escalating arguments unnecessarily and try to avoid sudden explosive or violent events during these next few days!

Even though the Venus/Jupiter mutable square December 9 favors personal relationships, it may also find us in a too relaxed and content a state (dare I say lazy?) to be disciplined enough to take constructive action--other than eating, drinking, or shopping, that is…

However, since Venus enters earthy Capricorn only hours afterward that day too, we sober up and bring our attention back to recognizing our more serious duties and obligations.

Venus in Saturn-ruled Capricorn always asks us to evaluate the quid pro quos in our partnerships to ascertain if we’re getting as good as we give. This knowledge then becomes the means of determining whether to stay or go. Saturn-ruled Capricorn represents commitment and responsibility, so Venus transiting this sign until January 2 calls us to calculate if and where our responsibilities to others lie—or not.

Since the Sadge Sun’s waxing into a sextile with Saturn in Aquarius, which perfects December 12, it’s now--through patient hard work and disciplined concentration—that greater clarity may emerge and be put to good use.

This is time as well when praise or promotion for work done well NOW we may not be rewarded until LATER.

Therefore, whatever the Gemini Full Moon conjunct Mars Rx releases December 7, the aftermath may shock us, yes, but also be used as a means to evaluate or reevaluate our future regarding both our partnerships and our mission or work—good luck to us all!

Namaste...
